Terms of use

This applies when you use Stagora. We've tried to write it as clearly as possible.

Draft translation – to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. If anything differs, the Swedish version applies. Read the Swedish version

1. What the service is

Stagora is a meeting place where venues and organizers post open dates and where artists can send requests to perform. We put you in touch with each other.

We are not a party to the agreements made between artist and organizer, and we neither receive nor pay out any compensation.

2. Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The information you provide must be accurate.

A band or act can have several administrators. Whoever invites others is responsible for making sure they have the right to represent the act. Members under 18 are managed by an adult member or a legal guardian.

3. Bookings and compensation

When an organizer books an artist, it is an agreement between them. You settle the fee, times, tech and cancellation yourselves.

The optional booking confirmation is a tool for documenting what you've agreed.

4. Content you upload

You are responsible for what you upload and confirm that you have the right to publish the images, audio and video. You give us the right to show the content in the service and in share images that you create yourself.

Publishing illegal, offensive or misleading content is not allowed. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Music licensing

The venue is responsible for licences for the public performance of music, for example STIM and SAMI.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available. We are not responsible for whether a gig takes place or for how the parties fulfil their commitments.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time under Settings.

8. Changes

We'll let you know in good time if the terms change.
